About Moosilauke Counseling Solutions

Located in Hanover, NH in close proximity to the Dartmouth College campus, Moosilauke Counseling Solutions provides innovative and integrated treatment to individuals and families suffering from mental health conditions. Our experienced providers and clinicians employ unique, multi-disciplinary treatment modalities to place our clients of the path to positive outcomes. Our providers are currently licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire. As such, we can only offer services, including telehealth, to individuals who are physically located within New Hampshire at the time of service.

Meredith Fogg, PMHNP-BC
Meredith Fogg, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Colby-Sawyer College and her post-master’s certificate from Norwich University. Meredith received her clinical training at New Hampshire Hospital and at an adult and pediatric specialty clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
Prior to joining Moosilauke Counseling Solutions, Meredith worked as both an inpatient and outpatient registered nurse at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and for Becket Family of Services.
Meredith treats clients with a variety of mental health challenges. She understands that everyone has their own unique experiences that shape their ideas about treatment and strives to ensure that her clients feel as though their care is personalized to meet their needs.
Meredith lives in the Upper Valley with her husband and son. She likes to spend time with her family and friends, golfing, and playing hockey.

Anna Buell, LCMHC
Anna utilizes an integrative approach to therapy incorporating evidence-based modalities (CBT, ERP, and EMDR) with alternative therapies (mindfulness & meditation) based on her clients’ needs. She provides a warm and nonjudgmental environment to encourage her clients to explore their beliefs and connect with their values and authentic self. Anna strives to foster a genuine relationship as she sees this as the bedrock to healing and transformation. Anna has experience working in a variety of settings including residential, outpatient, and wilderness. She is also a yoga instructor and enjoys spending her free time in her garden.

Brittany Little, MSW, LICSW, MT-BC
Brittany is a licensed clinical independent social worker and board approved clinical supervisor. She earned her bachelor's degree in music therapy from Appalachian State University and master's degree in clinical social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked in level 1 trauma center emergency departments, intensive outpatient treatment centers, outpatient therapy clinics, and residential treatment centers. She has many years of experience providing therapy services as well as clinical supervision to other clinicians. She has a passion for supporting people in reaching their treatment goals.
She has specialized training and experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, depression, eating disorders/ARFID, and trauma. She is skilled in providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-AR, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Brittany lives in the Upper Valley with her family and enjoys spending time outside and traveling in her spare time.

Susan Dalen, LCMHC
Susan received her bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder before completing her master's in Mental Health Counseling at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. After her first son was born, she decided to relocate back to her hometown of Lebanon, NH to be closer to family.
Susan utilizes techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also incorporates concepts from Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) and Solution Focused Therapy. Susan completed her EMDR basic training in 2023 and is working on certification. She is currently taking on client's interested in EMDR therapy.Susan has previous experience as a yoga instructor and likes to incorporate mindfulness and awareness of the physical body into therapy.
Susan is a client focused therapist who utilizes these various interventions in a way that meets a client where they are in their journey to heal. Susan aims to help clients to truly know and understand themselves and discover what makes them feel fulfilled. Susan lives in the Upper Valley with her husband and two young sons.
